QEII members can soon vote for two Directors to serve on the Board of Directors for a three-year term, effective from 25 March 2025. 

Eligible members will be sent a voting pack in the mail from Thursday 13 February 2025. The pack includes a voting paper and a candidate profile sheet. The email includes a link to the online voting site where you can read the candidate profiles and vote. Nominee profiles can also be found online here.

Members will choose from seven nominees for this years’ election. Members may vote for a maximum TWO (2) candidates and may vote for fewer if they wish.

Please note that online and postal voting closes at 12 noon on Monday 17 March 2025. Postal votes postmarked 17 March or earlier and received by 12 noon 24 March will be deemed as valid.

To cast your vote online head to the electionz.com website by clicking the ‘VOTE HERE’ button below. You will need your unique personal identification number (PIN) and password handy, both of these can be found in your voting pack.
