A woodland arboretum of tree species from around the world that are adapted to semi-arid conditions. There is also heritage interest relating to former mining activities at the site.

Open to the public for pleasant walking opportunities. The arboretum is privately owned and protected in perpetuity under a QEII open space covenant.
